BOARD POLICY
ON FEEDING WILD LIFE
BIRD FEEDERS are allowed, although co-owners are encouraged to hang these from a pole rather than attached to the unit. We also ask that you try to avoid spillage that may attract more non-avian wildlife.
WILDLIFE The feeding of non-avian wildlife is prohibited, with the hope that this will reduce the number of costly repairs and removals. Please, do not hand feed non-avian wildlife or place any type of food on your decks or porches, or near your unit that will attract more squirrels, skunks, raccoons, woodchucks, opossum, etc.
